What you are actually dealing with
Pool Demolition Perth is an enquiry-referral website about swimming pool demolition and removal in the Perth metro area. Its function is to publish general information and to pass enquiries to independent contractors who quote and perform pool removal work as their own businesses. Four things follow from that, and each one is deliberate:
- No demolition, excavation, backfill or any other physical work is performed by the operator of this site.
- The operator is not a party to, guarantor of, or agent under any contract you make with a contractor.
- No contractor is employed, supervised or controlled by the operator.
- The operator does not vet or verify any contractor's licence, insurance, qualifications or history — the disclaimer explains the checks that are yours to make, starting with WorkSafe WA.
Scope, price, timing, variations, warranties and payment for any work all live in your agreement with the contractor, on the contractor's terms.
